Online Store Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Purchase govern the relationship between the merchant:

and customers via the online store www.shop.riversidegolf.hr.

A customer is any person who orders or purchases an offered service or package through the web store. By purchasing, the customer acquires the right to participate in or use the service at the specified time.

Meaning of terms stated in these general conditions

Certain terms used in these Terms of Business have the following meaning:

Seller (Merchant) – Riverside Golf Zagreb d.o.o., with its registered office at Jadranska avenija 6, registered under 081107901, VAT ID: 13671084943, service provider and seller via the online store.

Website / Online Store – a website available at shop.riversidegolf.hr through which golf packages, events, and other services can be purchased.

Customer – any natural or legal person who orders and pays for an offered service or package through the online store, without the obligation to register a user account.

User – any person who accesses the website to inquire about services or purchase offered packages.

Website Use – any access to the website for the purpose of obtaining information, making a reservation, or purchasing a service.

Online Purchase / Web Store – the process of purchasing services through the website without physically visiting a sales location.

Services / Packages – golf schools, training sessions, tournament entry fees, tickets, tee time reservations, and other services available for purchase through the online store.

Order – an electronic process by which the Customer selects a service or package and confirms the purchase through the web store.

Order Confirmation – an electronic message that the Customer receives after a successful purchase, confirming the receipt and processing of the order.

Conclusion of Contract

The purchase process through the online store takes place in a few simple steps. The customer first selects the desired package or service and adds them to the cart. After that, they enter the necessary data for order processing and choose the desired payment method.

Before completing the purchase, the customer is able to review all entered data and selected items, as well as the option to correct any incorrectly entered information or change the order content.

The purchase is considered complete and the contract concluded at the moment of successful payment confirmation. After completing the purchase, the customer receives an order confirmation to their email address, along with details of the purchased service or reservation.

Prices and Payment Methods

All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

Prices are valid at the time of order. Riverside Golf Zagreb d.o.o. reserves the right to change prices and offers without prior notice, but changes do not apply to already confirmed orders.

Payment is possible via:

  • credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, and Diners),
  • other payment methods available in the store.

One-time payment in the webshop can be made with most credit and debit cards:

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered during the purchase.

*Payment by credit or debit cards is a one-time transaction, and the entire process is conducted with the highest security standards for card transactions. For protection, a 3D Secure authentication system is used to verify the cardholder’s identity via a security code or token issued by the card-issuing bank.

*When paying by card, the customer’s account is charged immediately, without delay (applies to cards: Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, VISA Premium, and Diners).

Delivery and Provision of Services

No physical delivery is made for purchased services. The customer receives a purchase confirmation or ticket via email, which they use upon arrival at the event or when using the service.

Cancellation and Refunds

The customer may request a change of date for the purchased service or package by sending a request to the email address: info@riversidegolf.hr.

The Seller will, whenever possible, allow a change of date without additional costs, depending on the availability of free dates.

Refunds for paid services are generally not issued for services with a predetermined date or time, such as tournaments, events, reserved training sessions, or courses, except in cases of justified reasons or at the organizer’s discretion.

If the customer does not use the reserved time slot without prior notice, a refund is not possible.

If the organizer cancels an event or time slot, the customer will be offered a new time slot or a refund of the paid amount.

Each request for a date change or refund is considered individually to find the best solution for the customer and the organizer.

Customers are recommended to change or cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance, when possible.

Complaints

Complaints or claims are submitted via email: reklamacije@riversidegolf.hr The merchant will respond to the written complaint within 15 days of receiving the complaint.

Personal Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the published Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

The merchant is not responsible for the inability to use purchased services due to circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, weather conditions, force majeure, decisions of competent authorities, or other unforeseen circumstances. The merchant is not responsible for any personal injuries or damages incurred during the use of the golf course or participation in events, except in cases where the damage was caused by the merchant’s fault. The customer is obliged to adhere to the safety rules and instructions of the organizer during the use of services.

Intellectual Property

The content of the website, including texts, photographs, logos, graphic solutions, and other materials, is the property of the merchant or its partners and is protected by copyright regulations. Copying, distribution, or use of the content without prior written approval from the merchant is not permitted. Customers use the services at their own risk, respecting the safety rules of the facility.

Changes to Terms of Business

The merchant reserves the right to change these Terms of Business at any time. All changes come into effect upon publication on the website, and purchases made before the changes are subject to the terms valid at the time of purchase.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction / Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Business are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. All disputes will be attempted to be resolved amicably by the parties, and in the event of a legal dispute, the competent court according to the merchant’s registered office shall have jurisdiction.
